We also understand that due to the nature of our operation and client demographics- a lot of our customers may be purchasing jewelry for the very first time- and we are here to guide you every step of the way. So here are some ways you can determine your exact ring size, before confirming an order with us:
VISIT US
We would love to have you visit us at our office located at No. 9, Park Gardens, Colombo 5, Sri Lanka. Here an experienced professional will use our Ring Size Tool to get to know your exact size. You can also provide us with an existing fitting ring and we will gauge the size from that.
ASK FOR A HOME MEASUREMENT
Upon request, we will send one of our employees to your home/ workplace to personally obtain your size using a Ring Size Tool. This is part of our efforts dedicated to customer service and satisfaction. Here too, you can provide us with an existing fitting ring to gauge the size. Please note that this facility is only provided within Colombo, Dehiwela, Mount Lavinia and Rajagiriya.
USE OUR RING MEASUREMENT GUIDE
When communicating online with Ceylon Artisans and upon confirming your order, we can send you our Ring Measurement Guide via Facebook, Instagram, Whatsapp or LinkedIn. This is a simple method and involves wrapping a piece of string/thread around your finger. This cut piece of string/thread is then measured with a ruler to determine the circumference of your finger. The measurement in centimeters/ millimeters can then be converted into a Ring Size using the numerical chart. Be careful to wrap the piece of string/thread tightly around your finger and not stretch it.

DESPITE ALL, WHAT IF THE RING DOESN’T FIT?
Don’t panic, many people do not get it right. Try to find out the size in the best possible way. At Ceylon Artisans, we offer one free resizing within 60 Days. It means we will resize your ring or replace it free of cost as long as it is in pristine condition. Please note that Full Eternity Bands and customized rings cannot be resized.
